I cannot help but gush about Diane Marzonie. This would be a love letter about her services but I will try to contain myself. We will be new to her area very soon and Diane was recommended to us – the best advice we could have possibly gotten! We received plenty of materials to review before meeting her so we could get our feet wet prior to arrival. She was on time (a big deal to me), super friendly and personable, knowledgeable in the extreme about her home town and the surrounding area, and did an amazing job of asking questions to hone in on what we really want and need. She went WAY above and beyond in all areas; checking in without being pushy and really getting to know her clients on a personal level to help even more. In only two visits to our new home we were able, with Diane’s help and advice, to hone in on some areas we really love. We received a binder of facts about our soon to be new home and checklists and to do’s we had not thought about previously. We are as ready as can be thanks to Diane and are forever grateful. She is truly “on it” and more in a realtor than we could have ever hoped for. Thank you so much, Diane!
